164 & 142S

As well as the 240 I also have a 1969 164, which is a little scruffy, but very solid & original. With the weather being as poor as it was last year it didn't get as much use as i'd have hoped. Heres hoping for better weather this year!

The 142S is a UK market 1968 model, making it a very early B20. Its was last on the road in 1983. This couple of oics are from last weekend when it was taken away the have the welding done by a friend. I looks a lot worse than it is & is actually very solid. The plan is to re-paint it in Volvo burnt orange with a Matt Black bonnet & slightly lowered on minilites. The interior will hopefully have period bucket seats & a rally instrument pack if I can find one. As it is such a rare model I don't want to do any mods that could't be easily returned to standard should a future owner want to.
